Cleaner needed in Croydon, London

We are looking for a cleaner to provide ongoing service on a weekly basis. References required. Expected workload is 3-4 hours per week. Weekly services needed: Hoovering throughout (4 rooms + stairway, Kitchen and bathroom) Mopping all floors Cleaning surfaces in bathroom, toilet and kitchen Cleaning sinks, toilets, bath/shower Wiping and dusting shelves, tables, desk surfaces Alternating services to be agreed on a rota basis: Cleaning interior of kitchen cupboards cleaning oven and grill cleaning dishwasher cleaning kitchen cupboard doors cleaning windows - interior Other duties to be agreed as required. Property is a residential house close to East Croydon station. You should be local, reliable, trustworthy and references will need to be supplied and checked. Companies welcome. Please bid based on your hourly rate for 12 hours per month. Additional work will be agreed in advance. Payment will always be made through Freelancer, weekly, in arrears.
