Hi, I am looking for 3D animator well versed in humanoid animation for my team who is capable of doing realistic cricket animation, and can work on a monthly retainer rather than per video/second, it doesn't matter where you work from or when you work. As long as you meet the 20-24 clip per month criteria. Each clip is usually 8-15 sec long and most of the animations are reusable in the clips This is the benchmark animation [login to view URL] This is a 6 month to 1 year or possible longer project depending on your work
