This post is for is a short cartoon that will be featured digitally on YouTube. The characters and story line has been completed but I need the characters to be improved into more cuddly fatter small bears. I’m looking for the freelancer to improve on the characters and make some changes. The freelance will be responsible for completing the entire video cartoon from start to finish in a timely manner.
