2d animation

I want an cartoon animated video. It is about 20 seconds long. NO music, NO voice over. I will add music later. It has only 4 or 5 animated cartoon scenes plus two slides with text only (plus my logo that i provide) . The scenario is like this: SCENE 1. About 5 seconds . we are in a cafe where people happily drinks coffee , the music is appropriate, very smooth easy listening music and people have pleasant time and this is obvious in happy cartoon faces. SCENE 2 . About 5 seconds Suddenly the bartender (or the guy who makes the coffee, or the waiter, i want to be clear that he is an employee ) goes to the music player laptop and inserts a usb flash memory stick. His face looks irritated (he is very young and doesn't like the smooth music) . He makes some mouse movements and then he smiles satisfied (probably because he found something "good") SCENE 3. About 5 seconds We see again the "happy" people drinking coffee listening smooth music for one or two more seconds and suddenly all this interrupted by loud dance music (which i will synch later this is not your job) and we can see it in customers faces . SCENE 4. About 5 seconds or less We see some of the disturbed customers to have their hands (holding cups of coffee) shaking ( i will add shaking cups sound e.t.c), or something funny like this. something that shows how inappropriate the music is. SCENE 5. we see for one or two seconds some customers leaving annoyed the cafe. (in case this is difficult for you to design it, we can cut this 5th scene . no problem) SLIDE 1 About 5 sec. text in white background with a brief quote (i will provide it) SLIDE 2 About 5 sec. my logo and website address in white background. The goal is the expressions and the feelings, not the realistic design. No problem if cartoons are static and only some parts are moving (eyes, hands, zooms in/outs).do it as you like . I just want when you people see this animation to recall their own experiences in such circumstances. Thank you in advance!
