I need a very simple Android app, what I need is a web-view. The web-view content is a webpage, the webpage is ready.

Also the app needs support for Push Notifications.

I have the web REST API for the PushNotifications.

I need the complete source code of the app and I prefer eclipse developers.

-By budget is USD 50 and I have more projects to start asap.

-No upfront payment.

-I need the project complete in one day or less.
