Partnership with a Developer in a Company

*** PLEASE READ THE PROPOSAL BEFORE YOU APPLY *** *** THIS IS NOT A PURCHASE OF SERVICES BUT RATHER A PARTNERSHIP IN A COMPANY *** First of all, we do not require a freelance to create an app for us and sell it to us, We are a small start up company based in Guyana seeking a partnership with a developer that is able to create a Mobile Taxi App and wish to own a share in a company that has the monopoly in the country. The agreement would be as follows: 1. Equal partner share of 20% in the Company, profit share payable every tax year end (Aprox. $35000 p.a) 2. A monthly 5% commission for services rendered on sales of subscriptions to the app payabale to each partner every month. (Aprox. $2500 p.m) 3. No upfront payments to any partner and cost of development should be paid by the developer. 4. Profits to partners would be distributed each month end to all partners as agreed to any bank account in the world. 5. Constant and good communication from the developer on progress. 6. Commitment and dedication to the company and each project alone. 7. Turn around time frame and working application with in 45 days for testing.
