i want a iphone/android or ionic/cordova news app so all articles from my wordpress site can be on that app

also i want a feature to be added there:
when user visit my site link from example facebook app , he will be redirected to my app.
my site link will not be opened on browser but on my app.
(so mobile user will be redirected to my app same like if u open a google play link u are redirected to playstore app - market:// prefix. )
so if user click this link on facebook [url removed, login to view] then they will see that article on my app (post123)
