Necesito una aplicación de rastreo GPS de vehículos que funcione con comandos Web y comandos Sms

In my country there is a company that offers the tracking service and they use the same device, I am a user and I have access to this application to see its functionality. I also have a video that they provided me as a user to understand how it works but I did not upload it because I do not know if it is legal to do so.

Soy Alejandro Ángulo, estoy desarrollando un emprendimiento de rastreo de vehículos por medio de un dispositivo tipo Gps que funciona como un celular, cuentan con Imei y el rastreo se realiza por medio de GSM, GPRS y GPS tracker. El proveedor me vende los dispositivos con aplicativo web, app para android e IOS pero me gustaría tener una aplicación propia con el fin de poder mejorar la interacción entre el usuario final y las funcionalidades y servicios de el dispositivo, esta aplicación debe de poder realizar el seguimiento en tiempo real, ofrecer información del usuario y poder ejercutar los comandos vía mensaje de texto o Sms y también vía online o GPRS. Los comandos que necesito que estén incluidos son el apagado del motor que a su vez bloquea el encendido del vehículo mediante una señal eléctrica que emite el dispositivo a la hora de ejecutar el comando, activar o desactivar el micrófono que incluye el dispositivo, rastrear el vehículo, activar y desactivar la alarma del vehículo, generar reportes de recorrido y de alertas, desbloquear las puertas del vehículo y finalmente que sea posible navegar desde la ubicación del usuario hasta la ubicación del vehículo en caso de ser necesario. El proveedor de los dispositivos ofrece estos servicios en la App incluida y en el aplicativo web pero esta aplicación resulta un poco compleja y por eso me gustaría volverla más sencilla y cómoda para el cliente final. Tengo un video interactivo de una empresa que está implementando este servicio en una aplicación propia y muestra muchas utilidades pero no lo subo por temas legales porque desconozco si al subirlo infrinjo alguna ley.

I have an interactive video of a company that is implementing this service in its own application and shows many utilities but I am not uploading it due to legal issues because I do not know if uploading it violates any law.
