Mobile app for taxi call

I want a mobile application for booking taxis to transport clients. In this application, each taxi driver is already registered in the database with their name and taxi number (there should be an option to add a taxi driver to the application). Clients also need to register in the application. When a client makes a request, the application detects the nearest taxis and sends them a notification. In this case, the taxi that accepts the request should see the client's location, and the client should be notified that a driver will pick them up with an estimated duration and location (with the possibility of communication via messages).

After the transaction is completed, the client can rate the driver or leave a review, and the driver can rate or report a client. The application should also list taxi drivers who work during the night. The application is free for clients, but taxi drivers must pay a monthly or weekly subscription based on their choice. The administrator can provide a promo code to reduce the subscription cost or make it free for a driver. The administrator can add or remove drivers or clients and has access to all transactions, histories, and communications within the application. The application should use AdMob for advertisements.
