The delivery of health care services, where patients and providers are separated by distance. It allows long-distance patient and clinician contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions.
MyafyaApp uses ICT for the exchange of information for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries, research and evaluation and for the continuing education of health professionals.
Myafya exist to reduce cost and time wastage, speed up the process of completion, improve health tracking, monitoring and report and enhance one`s health accountability. While trying to meet the followings;
Patient Experience. Bring about a streamlined patient experience, so they can “self-service” to resolve most questions, issues, or concerns (e.g., downloading or sharing treatment record, booking an appointment, paying their bills, or checking their health profile`s status) whenever, wherever, and however is most convenient for them.
Patient data access. Integrating and improving the exchange of member, patient, and workflows to bring value of combined data and systems on a near real-time and cost-effective basis to all stakeholders equitably.
Holistic individual health. Identifying, addressing, and improving the member/patient’s overall medical, lifestyle/behavioral, educational, geographic, and environmental well-being for a frictionless and connected healthcare experience.
