Build a mobile app

The aim of this project is to display information from a database which contains information that can be easily modified by me. I do not have the database as of now but I want to know how the information will be displayed by simulating the app on any device.

Along with this I will also need a system set in place within the app which allows the employer to assign certain tasks to his employee and also the employee must be able to notify the employer in the completion of his task.
