Android Smartwatch Application

Hello, I am looking for a developer to design for me an app for android smartwatch. The app should be similar to notifications client that receive msg from remote applications (remote applications can be any windowsor linux desktop application that will send msg to the android smartwatch application). It should act like msg box indicating that a notification is received from sender ID or name. Communication between sender and application can be done by wifi or internet. We have a special request for industrial andon smart watch. It's composed from a couple of "call button or panel" fixed of production workstations, and a smart watch that is on the hand of production leaders. If a worker click on a call button on any workstation in the manufacturing shopfloor, the leader receives a vibration accoupled with notification on his smatwatch indicating which workstation is asking and why. Eventually the workstation can have 3 or 4 different buttons for indicating different cause of the call. Please let us know if you can develop this solution for us. We will design the call system but we need the client side app which is an android app installed on smartphone. The candidates should develop the application and also demonstrate how to install it on an android smartwatch (he can also recommend to us a model of watch that we should use for his app, a good point is to also send us video of the app running on a real watch and not only SDK emulator) Thank you
