Android app for internal use in real estates company

We are a team of (5 to 20) real estates agents who are each having unique methods to sell plots of land in a common land layout. we want an android app that integrates all of our functionalities. It should display the plot availability at any point of time. It should display status of the plots (among the following - booked, booking amount received, registration done, unavailable) along with the agent responsible for that plot. It should keep track of all the plots and the current bid for the plot.

The app should allow addition of projects and subsequently allow agents to be added to the list who will then promote and sell the plots in it.

for agents

1. log in screen (only added phone numbers will get otp for logging)

2. home screen (contains all promo media - we need easy option to add media cards by admin )

3. layout map ( contains the map of layout -plots will be present as rectangles in the map- plots are clickable to reveal a popup that has plot details and current status. plots can be color coded based on their current status)

4. notifications screen - populates all plot status change activity by different agents

Admin powers - add agents phone from his phone, approve status change,

admin can change status of any plot at any time.
