Design of Print Advert to be published in News Paper

I would like to hire someone to create and advert for our new startup that will be published in a local newspaper (1/4 page). the company is specialized in fun games / entertainment that can be driven to the client's premises for parties. the target audience for our products is wide ranging and encompasses all of the following: - children and adults for parties and other entertainment events - companies looking to use us for marketing - charity events - school fund raisers our equipment spans from simple games to mobile 4D theaters (logos, details and pictures will be provided to the winning bidder). ability to create the ad in both Arabic and English is a strong plus (but not necessary). please submit your capability in this aspect to allow for informed decision. The design will be in grey scale and need to be very 'eye catching' Payment will be made after project completion
