Create a LUA script to run on Open TX

I need someone to write a LUA script that will run an Open TX. Documentation on LUA scripting on Open TX found here [login to view URL] On activation of a user activated switch the script should run 1. output the value 1024 to channel 4 for 1 second 2. output the value 256 to channel 1 for 2 seconds 3. Repeat steps 1 to 2. 10 times. 4. output the value 512 to channel 2 for 1 second 5. Repeat steps 1 to 2. 8 times. 6. output the value 512 to channel 2 for 1 second 7. Repeat steps 1 to 2. 6 times.
