Overview:
We are seeking a freelancer who is experienced with QuickBooks Online and proficient in bookkeeping tasks to provide assistance for our business. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and be able to efficiently manage our financial records.
Specific Tasks:
- Accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into QuickBooks Online
- Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
- Categorizing expenses and income correctly
- Generating financial reports and statements as needed
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear explanations of financial data
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Project Duration:
We are not sure at this moment whether we require a one-time service or ongoing support. We are open to discussing the scope and duration of the project with potential freelancers.
