Develop an iPhone Application

Basically we have a working Android application that has been around for some time. The goal is to replicate its functionality on iPhone. We already have UI adopted and implemented (have the iPhone code ready), so what's left is to hook it up with our web service. This is a streaming app. Basically the application is a frontend to a music storage service and has the following functions: - Plays the following formats: MP3, OGG, M4A - While streaming one thread saves all the data into a file, while the other one is simply playing the file. Once the file is uploaded a new thread is launched that pre-caches the next file. The engine is smart enough to reconnect in case if connection is interrupted. This all assures continuous streaming. - It's possible to cache some files into a so called Save Box to play them in the areas of low or no reception. - Users can create and manage their playlists - Users can get concerts information and view a tag cloud for the uploaded music. - Users can search (tracks, albums, artists, playlists) The server calls are HTTP(S) calls with XML coming back. There will be phase II once the app is approved and released in the app store.
