API Shipping Intergration with Magento Shopping Cart

Hello, We are looking for someone to integrate our freight shippers API code into our Magento shopping cart and flat-rate shipping options. The exact same project was done for us on our other Magento site and so you will have access to all existing code. We are looking to have the SAME EXACT FUNCTION on our NEW Magento site. You can see the API at work now by going to this product page [login to view URL] Simply choose a color and add 500 in the QTY field. On the shopping cart page enter in a destination address and submit to see three shipping rates. For products that dont need this API shipping rate we need a flat-rate function<-THIS IS ALSO ON OUR OTHER MAGENTO SITE SO YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ALL EXISTING CODE! Also, you will see that there is a tool tip when you hover over the different rates, we need this added as well. And finialy, we need to capture all info thats entered into the "Estimate Shipping" form<-THIS IS ALSO ON OUR OTHER MAGENTO SITE SO YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ALL EXISTING CODE!
