The project consists to add functions on the website [login to view URL] our company supplies home hairdressers and home beautician services. So we have beauticians and hairdressers franchises under the band “ARIANE Praseut” The beauticians and the hairdressers do not have any relationship. Between them, so it is necessary to split all the different schedules.
Actually we are using CLICRDV as a central of appointments. For the moment the customers are able to book their appointment directly on internet using the unit CLICRDV visible on http//[login to view URL] or the customers call directly the call center at 01 84 21 04 65 in that case the operators are connected on the website CLICRDV to enter all the customers’ services. The problem of the company is that the customers can see the website CLICRDV, but we wish that everything is taking place on the website [login to view URL] So it is necessary to proced on the development on the website [login to view URL] and the integration on the same website the CLICRDV API. For the development part:
It is necessary to develop on the homepage a ropup which responsive. This ropup is used by the costumers to enter the post code or the city where the beautician or the hairdresser’s calendar. A second phase of selection of calendar will be necessary because as aesthetic or hairstyle order cannot be made at the same time. In fact the beautician is a professional and the hairdresser in another one so it is at the moment to add to the basket of the different services that we need to explain to the costumer that it will be necessary to make two different orders to validate hair style and aesthetic services. In that case to add to the basket in aesthetic and in hairstyle it is necessary to make appear this massage “ Il est impossible de commander des prestations en esthetique et en coiffure, veuillez realiser 2 commandes distinctes pour valider votre panier”. 2nde evement, we don’t accept the order under 20 euros. So if a costumer try to validate a basket to take an appointment with an order under 20 euros it is necessary to inform the missing of service to validate her order this is explained by “ Nous nous deplacons pour une somme minimale de 20 euros, veuillez completer votre panier pour valider”
Bisides it is necessary to make appear the process to take an appointment in the validation of the order, actually at the basket ckec ou time on [login to view URL] costumers click on ‘’commander” to finalise their order, so this button has to be changed on ‘’prendre RDV” like this the costumers can be redirected to the choice of the hour (the example has to be taken on the unit Ariane Praseut http//[login to view URL] at the moment of the step “prendre RDV” after select the beautician or the hairdresser ans choose all the services.
Finally ‘’l’espace client’’ of the website arianepraseut-fr/test can take th historic on the taking of appointment plus the different imvoiges attached.
For the integration:
The API clickrdv has to commucate with the website Ariane Praseut and in return.
In fact it is necessary that the schedules of appointement from the website Ariane, the slot in the schedule has to be completed if an operator takes an appointment from clicrdv the slot has to be deleted from the customer choices on the website [login to view URL]
From the ‘’espace client’’ the customer has to be able to create modify, delete their “espace client “ from the website ariane [login to view URL] and in return an operator has to be able to create, modify and delete an ‘espace client” from clicrdv.
