I want a WordPress mortgage affordability calculator for my website, similar to the one on Zillow ( [login to view URL] ) People browsing should be able to input simple information, such as the monthly mortgage payment they would be willing to afford, and the loan amount that payment would get them. Mine should have the following fields (I like the "calculating by payment" option from Zillow) Maximum payment amount: Down payment available Interest rate Loan term - include taxes and insurance check button Property taxes 1.2% (default) Hazard Insurance $700 (default) Mortgage Insurance 0.5% (default) HOA monthly fees $0 (default) I really like how the results are shown on the left, and how you can scroll to different loan amounts and it changes the monthly payment. I don't need all the other fancy stuff in Zillow's widget, just the things above.
