Transfer wordpress site from one domain to another

I have a wordpress site on a domain that has expired. I would like it transferred to a new domain. Both domain are on the same cpanel server. You will need to copy the database and html from cpanel and recreate the site on the other domain.
This is a very quick job for someone who is familiar with cPanel and wordpress.
