Apply Wordpress Themeforest Theme

Hey All, Really simple project here. I would like some to apply a themeforest wordpress theme exactly (looks and functionality) as the demo. I have applied many of these themes and this one is giving me hassles and sadly the support for the theme isnt there so I am turning to you guys for your awesome skills. I have all that is needed on the server. The theme is already applied I just need it to look like the demo. The help documentation is on the server as well. As for the pictures that are in the demo they are not included, so you can use whatever you want, just as long as it looks and acts like the demo.
