custom jQuery show/hide and Javascript enable/disable

I have a site that is 99% complete. I need someone to write some custom jQuery and Javascript for two areas of my site. 1. I need jQuery to rollover an <li>. Wait 1 second. fadeIn a class. fadeOut class when leaving <li> and/or class. 2. I need javascript to disable and empty an <input type="number"> when the <input type="checkbox"> before it is unchecked. There are multiple. example: <input type="checkbox" value="123" checked /><input type="number" value"1" /><br /> <input type="checkbox" value="321" /><input type="number" value"" /><br /> <input type="checkbox" value="213" checked /><input type="number" value"3" /> These are quite simple. I just can't write it perfectly. Requirements: 1. must speak perfect English 2. I will not accept any bid from India 3.
