automatically print invoices from OSCommerce

I would like to have a few OSCommerce processes being automated:

**What the app should do:**

1. All invoices with a certain status being automatically printed to the default printer.

2. All invoices being exported to a csv file, so that it can be picked up by our shipping labelling software. Should be stored on the harddrive.

3. I would like to have the following configurable:

*The status of the order to be automatically printed.

*The status of the orders after they have been printed (the status where it should be changed to)

* File location where the csv file should be stored.

What technique to use:**

I would like to have this all done on the pc desktop

So I think it would be best to run it as a windows service and let it print / process all orders every x minutes.

For the export function I have a php file with a script doing the same and an example export file. Maybe you can use it to rebuild it to another programming language.

The application should read from an mysql table and print the invoices which would normally come from a php / html file.
