database sql query oracle help!!!!

i have a range of tasks i need to do and i need someone who has experience in the following: - using oracle - create and populate tables - modify data in the tables - retrieve data form a table - can tell me about dml statements - can tell me a step by step of what to do when i give them a task, is patient and can work with me as i dont have much knowlegde on databases..... i will send you the page with tasks outlined and you can tell me if your able to proceed and you wil have to write a step by step list of how to demonstrate the tasks....... this should be a very simple task for someone who knows how to use oracle so please make sensible bids......I WILLL ACCEPT THE LOWEST BIDDER AS THIS IS AN VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD TASK....
