Design e-Learning Website w/Joomla Templates & Joomla LMS

I need to consult and hopefully work with a USA-based web developer who is interested in e-Learning, and has actual, hands-on experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) -- probably JoomlaLMS (but not yet definite). My company will be streaming educational videos on a paid basis with a number of interactve features.

To the extent possible, I DO want to work with existing website templates and LMS technologies; I do NOT want or need to start from the ground up. If you have worked with JoomlaLMS, I would love to speak with you.

This is a paid gig, but also a self-funded project on a tight budget.

I really need to get rolling, so actual, verifiable, concrete LMS experience -- rather than a good-faith desire to learn this stuff (as I am) -- is essential.

I have worked well wth consultants all over the world, but would greatly prefer to find someone the USA, hopefully for a longterm professional relationship. I'm in LA.
