Create a game portal for web and mobile apps (html5 + cordova/phonegap)

We are looking for developer or a team of developers for a long term web/mobile project. Phase 1 will be a high scalable game portal for web and mobile with a mixture of simple social functions (newsfeeds, profile with image, notifications, messages), some games ( a slot machine, scratch tickets, quiz), and possibility to share to different social media (and track that), and ad placements. The main game in phase 1 will be a customized, 5 reel, slot machine. Other games will be added at other phases. The user will have the possibility to like/follow/share on all major social platforms. (this should be tracked - if actually completed). Support for multiple languages. A backend with control of the solution. Tracking of all games played. We are looking at making the web solution in html5; mainly with angular.js and firebase as platform. The mobile apps with the ionic framework (angular.js, cordova) and firebase. The result should be a stand alone websolution, as well as apps for the major smart phones. We believe that this platform makes it easy to make different versions of the same websolution, and therefore web, and mobile apps should be seen as one project rather than 3-4 different projects. We are open to discuss the platform if the developer has other solutions they would prefer that is superior. At this stage we are looking for a handful developers that we will engage with and give more details to make a final estimate. We plan to start the development by the middle of June. Please also state if you have in-house graphical designer that can work on the project, if not we will look for independent designers. We have spent a great deal of time in planning this project and look forward to add to the team that will give this project life.
