For _each_ App-OS (Android, IOS, etc) you need an App-OS-plugin which creates the App. Note: You have to submit Apps manually, App stores do not allow auto-submission. Linux powered website including payment API paypal/credit card is about $5000 Each App-OS-plugin is at least $3000.
