Convert a Template to a Website

I built a website in Weebly Professional containing 30 pages with titles, lots of visuals and text. I want to add audio to it, and Flipsnack widgets for sample books, already created in Flipsnack. The website is more less ready to be launched but I need someone to do the above for me and check that everything is as it should be for fast streaming, etc. They also need to connect it to a portal address that is already registered with [login to view URL] It's deciding whether to host on [login to view URL] or Weebly, etc. and generally checking that everything works ok, helping me with integrating my Social Media presence with the website, and expanding my exhausting knowledge of site maintenance for the future, or Web integration, etc. I would prefer someone to come here to my studio in London SE23 to work with me for a day or two, and really need to know how much something like that would cost per day.
