Convert a Template to a Website

I simply don't have the time to change the template to my website. I have one that I want to use. It's free: [login to view URL] But with 7 children ages 11, 10, 8, 4, twins who are 3 and a 1 yr old I don't have the time to sit and learn how to do it right now. I also need the new version of zen cart installed. I am on a fixed budget being that my husband is stationed overseas right now and it's just the kids and I here and we are due to move within the next 3 weeks.
