CSS Design, similar to Facebook

CSS design, Facebook / Social Networking style. We are a Web 2.0 Membership site, and are expanding to include more of a Social Networking component. We need a CSS design made, similar to the style Facebook uses, complete with icons (you must include royalty free images) for each header sections made for our user's profile page. We want a very clean, simple, modern look to suit our site. We want a less cluttered look, more space between columns, some kind of simple separator between sections / columns. Sections / components included: - About | Bio - Interact - Pics - Videos - Stories published - Latest forum posts - Friends box - Recent Activity section - Comments - Blog post submission box Tech Requirements: The CSS must be compatible with IE6, 7, 8 and Firefox. It should be xhtml transitional or strict. Any javascript should use jquery (1.3.2) plugins. Preference is given to a designer with experience in Social Networking sites. We require samples of similar work, or samples showing your completed sites / designs undertaken prior to assigning the project. The supplier agrees to not resell the CSS under any circumstances, we will own exclusive rights to it. Max budget US$500.
