Build a website portal and write mobile android application

Hello There, We are a consultancy company and we advise people on how to save taxes. We now want to develop a platform which will help people to Do all there investments at once place which will help them save taxes. We will suggest only those investments which will save tax. There are 15+ areas in which if the client invests he or she can save tax here in India. So there has to be a platform which gives them an option of bifurcating there investments in to any one or combination of those investments. Once done the website will show there investments breakup and curent value etc. More details I can send once I am fine with the kind of work you have done and quality and pricing. I am looking to associate for a longer term and dont want somebody to do the product and then never be contactable. I know sounds like a big project which hopefully we become someday. But currently need a basic portal so that person can login see investment options and take consultancy from us if required. WIll send you detailed project document later.
