I'm offer a project to build gambling (lottery) website & application, which can be integrated with some (appointed) payment processing system. Domain, hosting & payment processing will be appointed by me. For anything that I don't appointed > I hope I can get "all in" package from your skill (including : web design, programming, security, etc..) > until everything in this new website & all apps is ready for fully operational. But, in the future I want to expand my website can be sold into 2-3 type of lottery ticket. Payment processing can be accepted multi currencies. I hope this new website can also have fiture to accept payment from crypto currency ([login to view URL], etc..). There are 2-5 new simple webpages concept, that I'll inform you later. Application that I also need: app store & google play. All your work will be tested by 3th party before I using it. You should have abillity/fully responsible to fix it, if there is some loophole/weakness/something wrong. Until everything with this project is comply, secure & ready to be launch.
