I need to redevelop my current website:

The design is not the main part, the main part is that the website serves as an online Limited Company Formation - the most important thing is the search bar you can see, where the clients searches from all the registered companies, and if the name they want is free, they proceed to registering it.
You can also review the registration process, how it goes, what elements it has. The payment method is Authorize. I am not a technical person, but maybe the software I have already on the website can be useful, maybe you can use that, and just redesign the website?
I am open to any suggestions as I can not get in touch with the developer who created this a few years ago, and I want a new look but keeping the functionality.
Please propose a fixed price bid accordingly, and we will work in milestones.
IMPORTANT: Apply only if you have seen the website and have a clear vision of what needs to be done! The site needs to use XML/XBRL, I have instructions on this.
