Build a Funky Furniture Website

We are currently looking to build our second website which will predominantly sell sofas. The website should look neat, professional, funky and easy to navigate through. An example of what we like is [login to view URL] Or requirements on the website are: - we have not decided on the name/ domain name of the website but the website should mainly focus on selling sofas with the option to sell other products. - there will be approximately 26 sofa designs - we will also need to have a customisation page for sofas - which will be designed for clients that want to customise their suite. This page will not be heavily interactive but basic. - all the descriptions of the sofas are already on the current website. - the individual sofa pages need to be less busy and there should only be 1 buy now button on these pages. The client should be able to select what type of sofa they want in the design, the colour, the delivery zone and with or without warranty. - unusual colours on the background which would compliment our sofa pictures with black background. - there should be very little Flash coding with a little bit of animation. - the website needs to be built with search engine optimisation in mind. - the website should be build with a database system so that we can update it easily. The shopping cart will need to be easy to use and have good back end operations. - there should be a contact us, terms and conditions, customer services policy, testimonial, FAQ, latest news section/page. - there should be all the forms on the new website similar to the current one e.g. sign up email, feedback, order enquiry, swatch form, etc - discount code options - sitemap - may be a search tab? - may be some classical music on the site? - a company logo based on the name
