Create an e-shop in an existing joomla website

Hi,
we want our webpage [url removed, login to view] to have an online shop: [url removed, login to view]
The site is built with joomla, so we only accept an e-shop within our joomla website. NO REDIRECTING, NO LINKS, nothing different. You will get a username and password for the site's administrating panel and work online.
Ideas, initiative and help (since informatics is not our business) are welcome.
We will discuss further details. Feel free to ask technical questions and we will clarify.
A scheme in a picture is also attached, please take a look before bidding. The scheme is our basic idea on how we want it, modifications, proposals, different solutions are welcome.
PLEASE OBSERVE:

-UK or US English exam with a high grade is A REQUIREMENT.
-Do not rush in bidding, we will utilize the 6 days time.
-Project milestone will be one and only, 100% from the start. After testing the e-shop, the milestone will be released.
-We are not a big hurry, but we would like the project to have ended by April 15th, 2013.
