E-Commerce Website Project

We are looking for a en e-Commerce Web-shop to be built. This is mostly a general site with most of the common features you would find in any e-commerce shop, like multi-level menu, product catalog, pricing, shopping cart, etc. We are certainly not re-inventing the wheel, just looking for an elegant web-shop at a reasonable price. I have attached an itemized list of features so that it is convenient for you can provide an itemized pricing. We plan to feature a relatively large number of products that change quite a bit. The prices need to be updated frequently, we periodically need an ability to offer discounts as well. We prefer to manage the Product Catalog in a database so that our Catalog Administrators can easily manage the products, pricing and images without having to talk to Programmers. The attached list is a high-level description of the site. Once we pre-select a list of respondents, we will provide more detailed design and will have WebEx discussions as needed. Please respond to this only if you have significant experience building database-driven e-commerce websites. We will be needing examples of your work as part of our initial process. Once we select a contractor, we will manage this project by Milestones, and we will make prompt payment based on successful acceptance of each milestone. We will be requiring a Non-Disclosure agreement between us and the selected vendor. As part of your quote, please provide your general hourly rates in addition to your estimation of price for each item listed in the attached document. Thank you very much for your time.
