Design professional website for online education

I need an education web which should be looked professionally. My website must have : Moodle integrated for teachers and students : In Moodle panel should have: Gradebook Skype integrated Payment integrated Calendar integrated Assignment, quizzes, homework, lessons panel should be integrated Site for teachers to upload lessons assignments or tests,schedule their class, upload students' grade, Site for students to watch lessons, do assignment, homework, chat with classmate and teacher Should have a site which listed all courses which are now available Login form A site for teachers: instruction how to use moodle, registration to teach in my website.
