Branding specialist to create logo and website designs

I am interested in hiring someone to help build a client's brand from scratch. You need to understand what the client is about, and develop a brand identity for their company. The specific deliverables would be a logo, branding style guide (showing hex values of their colors, typography treatment etc), and a completely original web design mockup. For the logo, I like to show 5-10 different unique concepts and then let the client choose one to make changes to until they like it. (Usually 2 rounds of changes). Then for the web design, you will need to read and thoroughly understand their homework (I have them fill out a form asking about their likes and dislikes, company, goals of website, etc) and create one mockup of a home page, and one mockup of a single inner page. (More details will be provided to winning bid before you start work) Required Skills: - Must have excellent English. I need someone that I feel confident fully understands me and my client - Be able to fully understand what a client is like. You need to "get inside their head". I will give you a copy of their homework, and am happy to fill out your own fact finding form as well, so that all of your questions about the client are answered. - deliver logo in Adobe Illustrator Format (eps is okay) - deliver style guide as a PDF - deliver website design as a layered photoshop document. - completely original designs. Never reused templates - must be familiar with current (cutting edge) website design trends for US. - able to design in a wide range of aesthetic styles, depending on the client. - willing to use a third party project management tool like Asana, and possibly communicate directly via email or google chat if necessary.
