Complete 70% finished Joomla/Virtuemart project

I have a development site which has been upgraded to the most recent version of Joomla & Virtuemart. A new layout has been created from PSD but there are still some more changes which need to be made. I need you to: - finish the development site from PSD - bring over content, product images and essential modules, components and plugins from current joomla site to development site. For example, I need to make sure all the content I have entered for my SEO form AceSEF remains. Basically everything on the site should work as it does on the development site Once this has been completed and tested, I then need to have this copied to the live site. Because this project is already started and the joomla upgrade has been done, I hope it should be quick, I need the rest of the development site completed ASAP.
