csv editing and manipulation project - repost

In order to qualify for this project, you must have expert knowledge of .CSV editing and data manipulation. I have a raw data .CSV with more 3000 products but only 1200 images to match. Products can be matched by item id. You will have to match up all images, make the .CSV ready in Shopify format, load everything up on the website, and make ready to the public. You MUST have the "necessary software" to make the edits in a quick fashion. I don't want anyone applying who is gonna do everything by hand and waste time, and tell me project will take more time than it needs, THUS trying to charge me more money.
