create markup and from image mockup using bootstrap/jquery

I require the markup and associated JavaScript to be developed inline with the image provided. It must use Bootstrap3 components and utilise jQuery where necessary as opposed to native JavaScript. I am looking for a clean, minimalistic and well structured code base that I can easily develop upon. Features: Top nav bar Simple, with options button that will open a modal window Left side bar List group Item highlights in lighter shade on mouseover Plus icon moved to the top of the side bar Onclick will open a modal windows with themes form elements The list items will control the items displayed on the 2nd left side bar. This must be contain different sample text for the mockup delivery that demonstrates the capability. 2nd Left side bar List group Clicking on list root items will cause a dropdown/up effect on child items In the attached pictured this would mean that clicking on ‘starred’ will cause ‘#’ items to be show/hidden in an accordion fashion. Right side bar with tabbed interface Must have a working tabbed interface with example controls and text. Plus points if this was made pinnable/hideable with the centre div adapting in size appropriately Centre container mist have easy to work work layout inline with the attached theme Does not have to replace the content shown from the attached theme A themed modal window must be demonstrated with common form components/elements Modal windows should be responsive in size and contain common controls A themed modal window must be demonstrated with themed tables, which must use a 3rd party table (bootstrap, jquery or other popular table framework) On-going work is likely with the successful delivery of the requirements.
