Code for a widget + its design page -- 2

I want to get a widget like the one in the following link: [login to view URL] I need the widget and the design page (script). It should be easy for me to modify the text on top and bottom as well as html pieces inside the widget. I want the design script to support different styles (or colors) for the foreground, background, text color etc ... (like the example in the given URL). Some important points: - The design and look should look nice and professional as the given example, it is extremely important for the widget to look nice! - it should be search engine friendly, I will put my website link on top and bottom, search engines should reward my website rank for each appearance of the widget in others websites. - After designing the widget, the user should be able to copy/paste the code in his website, then the widget will appear oh his website. - The widget code (and design page) should be compatible with major internet browsers.
