Build Prestashop 'Shipping Optimiser' Module

We ship British Foods online - delivered World Wide. The current Prestashop cart only shows value of products and we need to indicate the total basket weight. Delivery is based on weight and visitors need to be able to see the total weight as items are added to the shopping cart. This shipping optimiser on the BCS is the type of module we are looking for: [login to view URL] If you select a country, you are given a container with a fixed shipping price (say, £20.00). You can then add multiple products until the 'container' is full. When you fill Container 1, it moves onto Container 2 and adds another cost to shipping (£20), making it £40.00 for 2 Containers. In full we require you to: Create a module in a Prestashop environment, ready to use.
