Build an Online Store -- 2

I want to build a website for people to sell digital items.

To clarify, this is not a website for me to sell digital items.

I want to build a website where people can join, create accounts, and buy and sell digital items, and I can earn commission.

Something like ebay, but mine is much more focused on a certain digital product.

There should be a platform for buyers to complain and review the seller, and for refunds to be accepted.

Also, I am a coding idiot so i need a fully functional website.

I am in the progress of marketing research to see if the idea is popular before I start on the project, so please bid if you are confident of doing it. Thanks guys!
