Build an Online Store for Firearms and Accessories

I am looking to hire a talented eCommerce designer for a client that I am working with. The scope of the website design will included the following: -Firearms and accessories eCommerce site development (build on server privately)(Show Maintenance mode in WP to direct to domain name) - Build out WooCommerce site, which included shopping cart based on template design -Integrate SOAP and HTTP protocol and code from a warehouse online directory to pull inventory lists that update every 15mins -Integrate Images from warehouse directory - Integrate "orders" to create orders, maintain, and submit fulfillment orders - Integrate Invoices that are used to check on placed orders (typically with tracking numbers) -Using a merchant account we set up, integrate within the site for the checkout experience with credit cards, etc. (we are using a gun friendly site) The site will include interaction from a blog, social links, about the company, FAQ’s, refund policy, privacy policy, terms of use, sitemap, [login to view URL], staff bios and pics, gunsmith services they offer, and contact us page with Google maps integration. I am really look for someone who has done many eCommerce sites and can integrate all of these services and code them together to make an easy shopping experience. I am looking for a developer that speaks English well on Skype and can convey thoughts well without a lot of confusion or me guessing words. I am on the East Coast of America and I need my developer to work some weekend time too possibly. I am open to discussing more about the project before going forward but I need to know who is serious and who isn’t. I have a budget of about $400-$500. If there is someone who deals in these processes all the time it should not be too difficult. This is being built from a template most likely from WooCommerce.
