ADD NEW MODULE TO EXISTING ASP.NET Application

NOTE: Request for freelancers. Only those parties whose experience level ranges from highly skilled to expert need to bid for this. We have an application in asp.net classic infrastructure working since 2 years now. As per our new requirement, we want to get a new module developed which will have 1. User interface, 2. An admin panel, 1. User interface design needs to be in responsive layout 2. Admin panel will be as per our existing theme and design New module will inherit and share some procedures from the parent application, and will add some new procedures to the parent application, The database used will be from existing application. It involves integration of payment gateway, sms gateway and emails into the user interface. All these three modules are already a part of the parent application. We have a complete design concept ready, the workflow is ready in ppt, so it wont be a problem for the developer to understand. The time frame will be fixed with a flexibility of 5 days only (MAX)
