A software company website's CSS Template

Hello,I want to hire a person to help me make a CSS template. It must be like the iOS style,and must be very cool. I will use the CSS template to make a Chinese software company website by myself. I only need the CSS template design,Which must be unique,and after I pay the copyright must be mine. The colors I want are white ,grey and black. And it must with some illustrations. All HTML tags need to be designed.I don't like flash,so please do not use it. I don't want any big picture such as real human or real computer.I want it clear and can replace with Chinese words.
