create 3logos/3banners - must be professional looking

I need a professional in design. I need to create 3 logos and banners for 3(1 for each site) websites based on creloaded. You have to do it to appeal to and draw customers the 3 wesbites are [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] you will do on those 3 sites to make colors and the whole concept of the website very appealing and match with the banners/logos so that it will attract and keep customers to shop. I need this done immediately. please give timeline to do job and please stick to this timeframe also. p.s. max bid is saying $250 but that doesnt mean this job is worth anything close to that, this is a very fairly easy job so pls kindly bid accordingly.
