Design updates for my real estate site

I need an updated modern design for my real estate site. I need something simple and fast loading but professional looking and able to be viewed easily on mobile phones as well as desktops etc. Our site has a great name but a lousy design. Give me your thoughts and ideas as far as the design. I am interested in the colors red white and blue for American but am open to all ideas and I hope you will share them. I will not hire anyone who did not read this post. I will also not hire anyone without a top feedback rating. This means if you have -o- feedback you are wasting your time and mine as you will not be hired for this project. You also need to have a 4.9 rating or better with lots of design or related work references. I will give the URL only to those who I think can handle the job and meet the above criteria otherwise I will not give it to you. Respectfully please understand my reasoning for this. Tell me what you can do and for what price. I am not in a hurry as I want top quality work and plan to use the design for a logo and other advertising..
